Excellent communication throughout. Nick and his team built an honest and trusting relationship with us. Very knowledgeable, experienced and confident. Easy to talk in complete earnest. Very friendly. Worked extra hours to make it all happen. Will definitely use Nick and his team again in the future. BEST AND NUMBER ONE AGENT 👍🏻

This was our second time selling a property through Nick and his amazing backup team at Belle Property. The formula and process that Nick has put in place, from initial consult to settlement, had us at ease and full of confidence in what the team were doing for us. The photographer, videographer and styling team that Nick has assembled creates a package that is extremely good value for money and Nick's wealth of industry knowledge and experience is truely undervalued. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team when it comes to selling your property.

We are so glad we went with Nick for the sale of our unit. He was experienced, hard-working and kept us informed every step of the way. From his marketing recommendations, to styling to the final negotiations he and his team know what they are doing and know how to get beside people. Given the uncertainties of this time with Covid 19 concerns, Nick was able to move quickly and secure us and the buyer a perfect solution. We could not be happier.

Don't over think this. Nick and the team won't disappoint. Nick, Peter, Caroline, Elise, Clare and their support crew are first class. I'd back them in an international peer championship anytime ... truly. Skilled, focussed, nimble, communicative, nice, caring ...don't mess around. Call them and engage. Home sold quickly at a good price. Would share a coffee or champagne with the team anytime ...make that 'hope to".

Nick's reputation amongst the community is highly regarded and he proved this to be reliable during our campaign and sale. He was available any time of the day or night, provided direct interactions as well as having a great team behind him to support us. His responsiveness was always efficient. He was caring in difficult situations and at times of stress. His advice and strategic direction was invaluable and led us to a successful time in a difficult climate.

Nick came very highly recommendEd to us, we had dealt with other agents in looking to sell our house but didn’t feel an understanding connection. Right from the 1st initial chat on the phone we knew he was on point! Nick was very professional, always on time, communication was on point from himself and his amazing team that he has created. We would 100% recommend Nick and his team to anyone buying or selling. Couldn’t be happier 😊

We purchased a property through Nick. He knows the Cromer and surrounding suburbs well, and identified properties that ticked the many boxes we had on our list of 'must haves'. He didn't waste our time, presented the facts up front and stayed true to any follow up that was committed. Nick was always on time, transparent in sharing knowledge and respected the integrity of the seller and buyer in all conversations. We successfully purchased a new house through Nick, and now we are also selling our existing house through Nick. After dealing with many agents in our new home purchase process, I can honestly say Nick has a standard of service above that of any others. He is up front, professional and follows through with commitments. The team that supports Nick is great - very helpful and supportive through the entire process. Thank you to the team at Belle Property Dee Why.
