An exceptional experience
Our experience with Nick and the entire Belle team was amazing. He made the daunting process of selling our first home so comfortable. The local market knowledge and experience Nick has allowed us to trust his and his teams input on how to sell from the get go. Nick is extremely warm and friendly and a great communicator, explaining everything in detail and answering any and all questions we had. He is passionate about property and we enjoyed learning so much from the time we spent with Nick. He is a genuine character and we trusted him to guide us throughout the process. From preparing our house for sale with their stylist, to the amazing communication from the entire team, to the great experience at auction in their Dee Why office, there was not a single part of the journey that could have been better. In particular, the team around Nick is exceptional. The ability to contact them after hours, their availability to meet with us after work and their commitment to attending meetings as a team made us feel that they had our best interest at heart. Peter Capindale was just amazing throughout, and a great asset to Nick's team. The approach they take as a team works so well and we felt that their opens and communication with buyers and feedback to us were exceptional. The little touches throughout, such as early morning photos of the great weather on open days or the visiting on a Sunday for us to put up the sold sticker, really made the experience fantastic. We feel we got the best result and service we could have working with Nick and his team and would not hesitate to recommend or use Nick and the team again.

What a standout!
I’ve worked with many salespeople over the years and Nick demonstrates the vast difference between a typical salesperson and a professional agent. He was upfront, consultative, responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, reassuring and a pleasure to deal with. There were no tricks, changing goal posts or pressure before, during or after the sales process and he consistently operates with integrity and maturity. Buying or selling a home can be an extraordinarily stressful process. Having Nick and the team walk alongside us through the process made it a smooth, informed and supported journey. We couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fun, Honest, Reliable & Genuine
Nick's genuine enthusiasm and passion for what he does is what sets him apart. Selling your home and such a big asset requires trust and from the minute we met Nick we knew we were in great hands. Nick keeps you informed every step of the way, doesn't oversell you with false promises doesn't make you feel like you are being sold on anything. His team, in particular a shoutout to Jody, are amazing. We had fun and loads of laughs along the way too! We would recommend Nick and use him again for sure. Thanks!

Excellent Agent
The whole process from the first meeting with Nick to the day of settlement went incredibly smoothly. Moving house is supposed to be stressful but we certainly did not feel that with the support of Nick and his fabulous team. Communication was outstanding throughout the process and we were given excellent feedback after each open inspection. We sold quickly and at a price that we were happy with. We would definitely use Nick as our agent again in the future.

Safe Hands
Our experience with both selling and buying through Nick and the team was positive and professional from start to finish. Nick knows the area, the market and takes a personal interest in every step of the process. Our purchase and sale took place in a rocky market but at all times we felt that we were in safe hands.
