Nick's market knowledge was evident by the way that he precisely delivered the sale of our house. We had endured a flat campaign previously that produced no results. However, after switching to Nick, we had a room full of bidders within 2 weeks of our property re-appearing for sale and we were overjoyed with the resulting sale. Nicks energy & detail to the task was mirrored by everyone in the Belle team, all of which were highly professional, warm and wonderful people.

It was an excellent experience dealing with Nick and his Team for the sake of my property in Dee Why. Nick went above and beyond and kept me up to date along the Real Estate Journey. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Nick (and Team). They are professional, honest and got the best result possible in a challenging market.

We cannot recommend highly enough the expertise of Nick. If you are selling, put Nick to the top of your agents list, you won't regret it! We said from Day 1 we would trust him and do what he recommended for the sale of our house. Nick and his team are professional, very supportive, great communicators, on top of the current market and overall the NICEST people to deal with. What should of been a very stressful experience, turned out to be a lot of fun and laughter with the team. Thanks Nick again for a great result on our house.

Entering the property market as first home buyers was a daunting experience, but Nick was extremely professional and friendly during the whole process. We had a lot of questions, but Nick was very helpful and responsive, and kept us informed of every update along the way. We look forward to moving into our new home and thank Nick and the Belle Property team for their services.

After searching for a property for well over a year and having to deal with some very average agents, Nick and his team were brilliant. They are so professional yet friendly and helpful. They operated in sync and never missed any items during the process. They never gave false hope to us as buyers and acted ethically, never giving away unnecessary or private information about the vendors. What a fabulous feeling when you buy from a proactive and organised agent who seemlessly manages both the vendor and the buyers needs. Thank you Nick, Jody and your team.

Nick provided excellent local knowledge and advice on the best way to sell our property. His lovely nature and superior communication skills achieved great results. We found Nick and all of his team very helpful and proactive from start to finish. Constantly working in our best interests, and all really lovely to deal with. In summary, the team are true professionals, who we would use again and again.

From a buyer's perspective, Nick was super professional and communicative and helped to take the stress out of such a big purchase for us. Would recommend him and his colleagues at Belle Property highly to other buyers and sellers in the Manly area.

From the moment, we spoke to Nick about our interest, he was very transparent and honest with the situation. He kept us updated and always responded to us when he said he would. Our purchase went against the grain and he handled the negotiations very professionally and definitely acted with integrity. I would recommend Nick and Peter to anyone. Was an absolute pleasure buying our new family home through Nick and the team.

Nick and his team were great. We are first time buyers so we’re very nervous about the whole process. We worked very closely with Jody who is part of Nick’s team and she was fantastic. Great communication, very helpful and friendly approach. Honestly made everything run very smooth and pressure free. So much so that we are not freaked about purchasing again in the future so thank you. Would recommend using this Team 100%. Couldn’t be happier in all truth. Callum and Chloe

Nick and his team provided first class service throughout the process of selling our home. From the outset, they assisted with the preparation by offering styling advice, co-ordinating services, photography and marketing.
