Excellent communication and advice in a changing market

Grant and his team were a delight to work with, providing excellent communication and advice in a changing market environment. As joint vendors in different locations, we especially appreciated using WhatsApp group and DocuSign, and their efficient and cost-effective organising of contractors to prepare the property for sale. The final negotiations and contract signing was while I was on holidays in Japan. Grant was in-tune with both buyer and seller, ensuring a good outcome. We would not hesitate in recommending Grant of Belle Property, Dromana.
