Before this house and Agent (Steve Edmund) all our experiences with agents had been bad ones. The agents either pushing or rushing us, lying or misleading us. The day we went to this house, probably the 100th house we had looked at we were interested. We talked to Steve and said we were interested in making an offer. There was negotiation over the coming time but he treated us fairly and honestly. Any request for future inspections or any question that needed to be answered he was happy to help and a pleasure to deal with.
