When reviewing property data it was apparent that Hocking Stuart held a particularly strong position in terms of sales in and around McCrae. Grant provided us with a level of comfort in today's challenging market that ensured we proceeded. His auction address was good and the post auction negotiation left us feeling that both owners and purchasers were getting a fair deal in today's market when it would be easier to wait out for the well publicised housing crash. At the end of the day no matter what the market does you still need to find the home that meets your needs and we feel that we achieved that at a reasonable price through Grant. Was a real pleasure selling our place with Phil, such a nice an easy going guy. We had a few different agents come through but we felt really comfortable with Phil. I feel like he is a straight down the line kind of guy and not just telling you what you want to hear to get the job.
