The whole process with Hocking Stuart was highly professional. Grant was always polite and well informed. He guided us along a path to our end result which made the Herald Sun front page Real estate section for an outstanding auction outcome. I will always remember Grant for being like a dog with a bone at auction. He was just not letting go until we got the result we were seeking. Our expectations were very high. We trusted his judgement to declare our property on the market before we were happy to sell.
