Grant was utterly professional and very knowledgeable, every step of the way Grant ensured that we had all the information at our fingers tips. From the first day we walked into the office his communication and follow up each week of our campaign was exceptional. This Included organising the photo shoots and advertising to the weekly phone calls and emails, we felt that at all times we knew what was happening with the sale. I am sure his knowledge of the McCrae area ensured we had a fantastic result and plenty of people attending the Auction. We were out side Hocking Stuart window just looking when Grant came out the door and introduced himself . We were not interested in selling at the time , but he took our details and he touched base now and again , not too much. When he heard my husband was sick he had flowers sent. We had in mind to go with someone else when the time was right but Grant asked us to let him come and see our property. There was no sales pitch, we felt totally at ease and we had confidence in him. With Samanatha his off sider on board we just left totally everything to them. They are a great team and a asset to our local community. Highly recommend
