After having the house inspected, Grant happily put forth further questions we had to the vendor and his communication was excellent between us . He assisted us not only before we purchased but after settlement (which included attending the property) to assist with connection of the electricity. Grant has extensive knowledge about the local area and services (he is in fact a local himself) . and we would not hesitate to recommend his services.
