We felt supported from the start, with Melissa's expert advice regarding how to prepare and style our property for sale, and the easy manner with which she held the Opens and provided us with relevant updates. The auction process is always stressful, but she even made that feel manageable (along with the auctioneer's help!). It was a stressful and busy time, but we all got through it together, always on the same page, and achieving the outcome we were all hoping for. I highly recommend her to our friends and neighbours!

I was deeply disappointed in the lack of communication I received during the buying of this property. I was turned around during the process and even when trying to pick up the keys for the property I was informed I would need to come to the office as it was inconvenient for the agent to give them to me.
