Melissa was very professional and always kept us up to date throughout the entire campaign. Her knowledge of the market, not only in our local area, but throughout the country, was second to none. We sold right at the very end of a booming Sydney property market and were a little worried when getting to the finish line with quite a few buyers pulling out. Melissa was still able to pull a rabbit out of her hat by delivering exactly what we wanted in terms of the sale price with only 2 registered bidders on the day. The auction process is always stressful, but she even made that feel manageable (along with the auctioneer's help!).
