We first encountered Melissa Strazzeri as the selling agent for a house we purchased in Summer Hill in 2008. We were so impressed with her work from the buyer's side that we had her sell our unit the following year, where she once again impressed us. Melissa has a fantastic memory for details and people and an excellent network of trade contacts that she used to help us get our unit into the best shape for sale. When it came time to sell our renovated house this year (14 years after Melissa sold it to us!), the first thing I did was look up her name to see if she was still in the area. I was once again very happy to have Melissa and her skills on my side in a property transaction, and she just gets better with experience :D

Antonio has helped us to sell our first property in Five Dock. He went through the details of his marketing strategy and every step of the sale, which we really appreciated. Antonio was the agent that showed us the property. He was neatly attired and was punctual with his appointment. Antonio answered all our questions in regard to the apartment confidently which reassured us and left us confident that this property would suit my wife’s needs. He had the ability to step back into the background and let Mary and I talk to each other about the aspects of the apartment. Once the decision was made to purchase he then came back into the conversation offering his knowledge as to where our bank was located.
