A big thankyou to Antonio from Belle Property who sold my unit in a week an achieved a record price for the building! What makes Belle a great agency? Good communication, a good plan, great marketing with nice photos, floor plan & video. The property was beautifully styled - this was all organised by my agent Antonio he put in a lot of work and negotiated in my best interest. A big 5 stars from me.

Dealing with Melissa Strazzeri from Belle Property has been seamless and professional. My property was sold off market. Melissa's communication has been brilliant. This has ensured that I have had visibility as to the sales strategy being employed and where she has been in each step of the negotiation. Melissa has managed my expectations and her counsel has been invaluable. With a clear strategy, great communication and visibility, it was easy when it came down to making a decision as to what was the right sales outcome would be. The final result exceeded my expectation. Follow up since accepting the offer has been brilliant as Alessia promptly provided copies of the exchange documents. I cannot recommend Melissa and the Belle Property Team, Drummoyne, highly enough. Michael

Melissa was an absolute superstar to work with. It is extremely rare to find an honest, caring and sincere realestate agent, but Melissa is all of these things and more. We immediately warmed to her unique and experienced approach.

Thank you, Melissa. We hoped for a price and if we got that I jokingly said to my husband, "I'm getting mini cooper." Will, I am picking up a convertible Cooper on Saturday thanks to Melissa's hard work. Sold before auction and Melissa made sure the process was as painless as possible given the restrictions imposed on open homes with COVID. Very happy with the outcome and process.
