We spoke to 3 agents in the Drummoyne area. We had previously sold a property in Beecroft via Belle and they gave us Antonio‘s name at Belle in Five Dock. Antonio was the only agent to recommend an auction and consistently followed up with us, giving us updates on the market, as we were getting the property ready to list. On this basis we decided to go with Belle and from there on Antonio ran the campaign, regularly gave us updates after the open houses and throughout the week so that we both remained on the same page in relation to the buyers and the market. Straightforward, concise and professional. Despite being cautious about the auction during Covid we went with Antonio’s advice and recommendations and in the end achieved a result well above any of our expectations and something we would not of the achieved without an auction. We would not hesitate to recommend Belle property and Antonio.

We found Antonio and his team very supportive and friendly throughout the sales process. Antonio understood that as an Executor selling a property for family members who live in Europe we required additional and clear steps in the communication and decision making process. His relaxed, professional style made communications easy with no enquiry however minor being too much trouble and with a prompt response being provided. During the preparation for sale Antonio and Laura were particularly helpful with the styling of the unit, being very respectful of the previous owner and his family.
