Antonio was able to sell our property with very few buyers around, he is a good converter and works well as a sellers agent for any vendor wishing to sell their property the Canada Bay area. The price he obtained was in the sellers range for the kind of property we had and he did did not need a truck load of buyers to work with which meant he was skillful in obtaining a ready to go buyer for us. We have sold 3 times with him and his agency (includes principal partner Melissa) and they have had great success each time, 2 very high price results and one very quick sale which work well for us each time.
