Matt and Celeste were exactly what we wanted in a selling team. They tailored our campaign to meet our needs, and listened to our suggestions and did an absolutely professional job every step of the way. We will use Belle every time going forward.

Matt is a clear example of a top professional in the real estate industry. Despite our previous agent resigning, he made us feel very at ease and confident we would find a result in such a difficult market. The best way I can describe the experience working with him is efficient and very educated yet very easy going - the perfect combination.

He explained and used his sales techniques to assist in completing our sale. Highly recommend speaking with Matthew at Belle Property if your looking to buy or sell.

Achieved higher than expected results for us and went above and beyond the level of attention and focus on bringing quality buyers through for viewings. Had 4 offers on the first day and 34 groups through in one week. Couldn't have asked for a better result. Thanks to Brendan for being great at his job!

Brendan was fantastic. Very professional and approachable, went above and beyond. I am an elderly lady and required a quick and simple sale - Brendan achieved this for me within 3 days of my property going on the market. He negotiated a sale price above asking price and above my expectations. My needs remained the priority and communication was exceptional throughout the entire sale process. I would highly recommend Brendan and the entire team at McGrath Hunter Valley to anyone planning to buy or sell their home. I hope to not be moving anytime soon, but if I am I will certainly be giving Brendan a call.
