We selected Chris Delaney of Belle Properties Frenchs Forest to sell our home after interviewing a number of agents and finally selecting Chris from a shortlist of three agents. The reason we selected Chris was because he was genuine, always courteous, honest and down to earth. Chris demonstrated a sound knowledge of the property market in general but, more importantly, in our local area. He provided a realistic assessment of the price range for our property and we are happy to report that he achieved his target, even in this falling market. At the outset, Chris formulated a clear strategy to sell our home and was always honest about its standing in the market. Chris was always available to answer every question we had. Record Selling Time
Chis Delaney achieved the sale of our property with great knowledge and professionalism. Chris sold the house in a record time in a moment where the market is getting tough. From the beginning he showed a clear understanding of the Forest area and put in place the best possible strategies to reach large numbers of potential buyers. We had 35 groups of people visiting our property on the very first day of open for inspection, followed always by large groups on the next open for inspection days. We found Chris to be confident, reliable and trustworthy. Great Agent
Over a very trying time as I was selling my family home, Chris was very empathetic to my overall needs. It was a hard process for me but he made it easier by supplying details of tradespeople who could be trusted, conveyancers and other requirements. I would say he was one of the most amenable Real Estate Agents that I have ever dealt with and there have been a few over my years. All in all, a great experience.

First Class Agent!
Chris was extremely knowledgeable of Frenchs Forest and in particular the street i was buying on. He knew everything about the house. His communication was excellent from start to finish and there was no-nonsense attitude from his which i liked. I highly recommend him and if i was to sell he would be my agent! cheers chris.

No nonsense & pleasant
Chris was the selling agent & I was the buyer. I found Chris very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about finer points of the house & it’s features but didn’t make things up - very important & great credibility. He also got a great price for the vendor, I noticed with little mucking around. I’ll call Chris if I want to sell
