My husband and I first met Chris Delaney when he came with his proposal to sell our house. We immediately noticed his professional but friendly and unassuming manner. He set about putting us at our ease which was not an easy task as I had told him I did not really like this whole business including real estate agents! He was not fazed by that admission and said he understood how I felt and agreed that it was a stressful time. However, he reassured us continually that all would be okay and he would do his utmost to ensure that the process would be as smooth as it could be. He assured us also that he would always be in contact and would give us regular feedback and advice, all of which he has done. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and throughout the process, he emailed and contacted us regularly with information on the market and how to proceed. He is, without doubt, a knowledgeable person in his field and one we felt we could put our trust in. My husband and I are delighted with the outcome of the sale of our house and cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
