We just sold our company title unit in Glebe through James and Belle Property. James was excellent to deal with - friendly, down to earth and sensible and in no way pushy. He kept us informed at all times of the results of inspections and follow ups and gave rational commentary on where the process stood. In the end we sold before auction for a price about $50k higher than our expectations. All in all the least stressful selling experience we could have imagined.
