They are a great balance in terms of their quite different personal styles. Their differences were essential for every aspect and phase of the sales campaign for our home, from marketing through ongoing communication with potential purchasers and ourselves as vendors, and finally to negotiation of the sale. James not only worked extremely hard, but his thorough research, market analysis and quiet patience with prospective buyers and ourselves were essential to our sale. His honesty and ethical approach are in marked contrast to the usual stereotype of real estate sales people. His written and oral feedback was regular and meticulous, enabling us to make the most informed decisions as we progressed through the sales campaign. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
