They are a great balance in terms of their quite different personal styles. Their differences were essential for every aspect and phase of the sales campaign for our home, from marketing through ongoing communication with potential purchasers and ourselves as vendors, and finally to negotiation of the sale. James not only worked extremely hard, but his thorough research, market analysis and quiet patience with prospective buyers and ourselves were essential to our sale. His honesty and ethical approach are in marked contrast to the usual stereotype of real estate sales people. His written and oral feedback was regular and meticulous, enabling us to make the most informed decisions as we progressed through the sales campaign. Nothing was too much trouble for him. There should be more considerate and capable people, just like him, in the industry. We can't recommend him too highly.

Chose Belle because of prestigious brand name, location. James also made the difference, he seemed experienced was down to earth and easy to talk to, offering information without the "hard sell" My first point of contact with James was regarding general information over the phone about a "maybe" sale. I was pleased with his prompt and clear communication regarding marketing, costing and commission etc via email. After receiving this info we felt confident to proceed. It seemed a good match when James suggested private treaty for our property which we believed was the best way to sell. The whole transaction was seamless from first point of contact to end. James was good value for money as he was energetic and stayed three steps ahead with every aspect of the process. It was end of year, with only a few business days to seal the deal and we were winding down, but James 's energy did not wane ! He was prompt and clear in communicating every detail and he negotiated well between buyer and seller. Good job. l would definitely use James again and would highly recommend him.

We were overseas for the whole period leading up to the auction and after the auction. Mark arranged for tradesmen, gardeners and all maintenance that was required to be undertaken prior to the start of the campaign. Mark went beyond the call of duty to ensure that our house was beautifully presented at all times. Mark even ordered fresh flowers and fed the fish in our internal garden! Mark kept us fully informed of feedback from all open inspections. We cannot recommend Mark more highly; he went beyond our expectations to ensure that we had nothing to worry about.
