We made the right choice to go Steve and his team

Steve was very good to deal with from the get-go. We decided to go with Steve and his team because they had sold the majority of the apartments in our building and they were clearly motivated to be the go to agent for the building. Their intimate knowledge of our building and the area was invaluable. I really feel they saw the value in our property and encouraged us to hold out until it was recognized by the market, and it was. Highly Recommended

Jay was very organised, responsive and an excellent communicator. Having vetted several other agents before choosing to work with Jay, we appreciated that Jay didn't try to lower our expectations of what we might achieve. In fact, we felt he saw the value that we saw in our property and actively encouraged us to wait for it to be recognized by the market.
