Merelyn Bond sold our home in Mt Waverley and because of her straight forward and no exaggeration approach, we asked her to sell our Glen Waverley home. Merelyn does not suggest inflated prices but pitches it at the right space in the Market. When the bottom fell out of the market just as we went to Auction, the house did not sell. We took it off the market for some months before trying again. This time there was a serious illness in the household, which also caused a stall in the selling process. Eventually it did sell. Through all this Merelyn stayed with us and kept us informed as to what was happening, and also suggested space when we needed it. During our time of stress Merelyn was very supportive and was not pushy in any way. This we appreciated greatly .
