After the shock of not getting one bid at auction, Merelyn and her crew put in a magnificent effort, to get us the sale we were after. Merelyn is a down to earth real person, who talks to you, not at you. I was never left in the dark at anytime, and understood clearly what the process was, time lines involved and possible outcomes. Nicholas was recommended by my son and proved to be an excellent, friendly, thoughtful and efficient agent.
