Helen worked tirelessly to contribute to achieving a sale on our house, sourcing many buyers and following up any interest. She was able to communicate well with foreign buyers and gave regular feedback to us. Helen organised the opening times and sent sms messages so we always knew when they were on and could refer back to the messages. Merelyn and her team were marvellous. Especially when we did not selling at our Auction. However Merelyn achieved a very quick sell afterwards and offered us so much support/meetings and feedback during the stress of selling. Always quick to get back to us or send messages to keep us up to date. From initially meeting Merelyn we new she had the experience and skills to get the job done. Nicholas Brennan is the real deal. Nick is one of the few real estate agents who says that his client is his first priority then actually over delivers on this statement. Merelyn is very nice agent that you can trust. She has lots of experience and professional knowledge. I am very busy that couldn't have inspection during weekday and working time. Expectations of us to prepare the house and the timing of this were clearly set out and we were even given a resource list of tradies that we could call on for help. Merelyn was available to answer questions or queries which were encouraged . We felt empowered to give input on advertising and timing of steps . As the open for inspections took place we were always informed of the progress towards an interested purchaser . Merelyn Bond was very professional at all times, whilst dealing with a sensitive situation with difficult siblings and concurrently appeasing and working around and with our tenant. Merelyn commmunicated with the tenant and then after the sale, assisted the tenant to find alternative housing. I would use Merelyns service again in the future.
