From the first meeting to the last, Rhys Digance and his team were fantastic. We selected Rhys because research showed he is the leading sales agent in Glenelg North where we were selling. We met with him and could tell he knew the market inside out. Rhys and his team clearly explained every step of the process, from how to market the property, the best pricing strategy and whether to use private treaty or auction. Rhys suggested a 3 week campaign culminating in an auction. After each inspection Rhys called with a clear summary. All possible buyers were followed up and each week we received a written report summarising the campaign to date. His advice has been spot on and we achieved a price that exceeds our initial expectations. We felt like we were in good hands every step of the way.

Jack's communication was excellent throughout...

Jack's communication was excellent throughout and always returned calls and emails. it did not bother us but an area that could be improved on, relates to ownership costs (strata, rates etc) that were not collected from us at start of process. After enquiry from buyer Jack needed to come to back to us so a delay in providing this to buyer. Your process should involve gathering this at the start so it is immediately available to prospective buyers.
