Michael was active in supporting us through the sale. There were times where we were waiting to hear about the progress of our offer and some miscommunication about the requirement to go unconditional but overall Michael was great to work with. He was always available for a conversation when we required information. We appreciated the process of negotiating off market and not having to compete against 30 other applicants which is so common but would be stressful. We were a little disappointed that we never received a little gift basket post sale. Talking to a number of friends, we thought it was a regular formality, especially after purchasing an almost $1M house. We never had the "for sale" sign or handing over of keys so didn't feel like we could really celebrate the process and sale. Possibly this is not something that Belle property offer.
