It was clear that she had expertise on the building material used, electrical matters, landscaping and all the matters that we had doubts on; it was clear that she had taken the effort to check out all these and was also honest and frank in her assessments and opinion. She was able to advise on matters that may need attention and how and where these could be done. Her expertise in the process of buying a property, the QLD and council rules and relevant legislation is obvious and attests to her years of experience in the industry. She was readily accessible to us and no question or doubt was left unanswered. She readily facilitated multiple inspections at times that worked for us, often well outside standard hours. Her professionalism stands out. Her team are equally engaging and professional and was easily accessible to us. She has been equally accessible and helpful in multiple post sales matters. It is clear that she knows everything to do with real estate, trades and related things in the Helensvale area. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
