Following my visiting an open house for another property Maisie Healy recommended 157 Monterey Keys Drive which matched almost all of my criteria. The negotiations were managed efficiently and a price was quickly agreed. Maisie went out of her way for my builder to have a quick look around. I intend to make some improvements and this has enabled my builder to begin work on drawings for Council approval more than two weeks early. Well done. I am very pleased.
