After poor recent experiences with real estate agents Fred Whong was a breath of fresh air. Fred was highly professional from the initial contact through to the signing of the contract. His advice as to the recommended process was most satisfactory and the result certainly justified his methodology. Fred was meticulous in ensuring we were provided with all feed back from open house or from direct approaches to Belle Property. During the final period in ensuring we obtained an acceptable sale price Fred worked closely with us ensuring we were always in the loop to what was transpiring. His attention to detail from the sign board to the photography/video to the promotion were all very impressive. The rating of 5 stars and the recommendation of 10 is something we would not have envisaged prior to dealing with Fred.
