Fred Whong
It was such a great experience using Belle Property Hornsby and Fred was an absolute pleasure to have as our agent. He made the whole process incredibly easy and was always patient, responsive, professional, confident, and genuine. His in-depth knowledge of the local market and real estate market conditions, together with his open and honest nature, gave us confidence and assurance throughout the whole process, and he delivered a great outcome. After several poor experiences in the past using other agents / agencies, Fred has restored our faith in real estate agents and is in a different league – we couldn’t recommend him high enough.
Fred Whong
After poor recent experiences with real estate agents Fred Whong was a breath of fresh air. Fred was highly professional from the initial contact through to the signing of the contract. His advice as to the recommended process was most satisfactory and the result certainly justified his methodology. Fred was meticulous in ensuring we were provided with all feed back from open house or from direct approaches to Belle Property. During the final period in ensuring we obtained an acceptable sale price Fred worked closely with us ensuring we were always in the loop to what was transpiring. His attention to detail from the sign board to the photography/video to the promotion were all very impressive. The rating of 5 stars and the recommendation of 10 is something we would not have envisaged prior to dealing with Fred.

We were very impressed with Fred’s work ethic and attitude when we were out hunting for a new property - so much so that we asked him to represent us as our agent to sell. Extremely happy with his work. He was in constant communication, made the process clear and simple, and got a great result. Thanks Fred!

Andrew, is a great agent. He was one of the few we saw that actually sought to find out what we were after and what features were key to us. His follow up and flexibility was fantastic!
