For the overall experience, I would like to rate the agent(s) to excellent. We first met Jordan at the 1st open home. Both my wife and I received lots of honest opinions from Jordan. Jordan is like a local guide for us. We both felt like we could trust what information Jordan had shared with us. The house itself is well presented. Then I received a follow up call from Andrew. I felt like Andrew was trusted agent. Then my wife and I went back for the 2nd inspection. We met Andrew at the site. We enjoyed talking to Andrew. His knowledge around the area and the property gave us some confidence of placing an offer prior the auction. Great experience.
