Right from the get-go James was super supportive, provided great perspective and in depth area and market knowledge. No question was too silly (and trust me - I'm the queen of silly questions!) and nothing was any trouble. James consistently provided information (proactively) and guidance when it was needed. He connected us with local tradespeople - making our pre-sale preparation stress free in the lead up to the property going on the market. Managing owners expectations is no doubt challenging - but James did this beautifully - balancing tact and optimism. Our results were excellent - and whilst it was an emotional roller-coaster at times James steady recommendations and clear communications helped us to navigate this calmly, and we never felt unsure of what was going on at any given time.
