James is married to Jacinta and they have 3 beautiful daughters Ava, Mia and Riley. Having worked on the North Shore my whole life, I find it very easy to sell the area that I love to prospective buyers. I have been working as a Real Estate agent since 1999, I have grown an extensive knowledge of the market and have adapted to the changing ways buyers look at purchasing a property. Over the years, I have sold hundreds of properties in your area and hold many street records. I find it very exciting when I can achieve a higher price than my owners expectations. As an agent, I work for my owners but I also believe in having a very good relationship with buyers. This will help to achieve top prices for my owners and also make the purchase process move along without any issues. One of the most important qualities to me is honesty. Agent was good, process was slower than...

Agent was good, process was slower than expected. Felt I probably could have gotten more updates on status. Still waiting for photos and drawings of the property I purchased 3 weeks ago.

Professional, supportive and a delight to work with!

Right from the get-go James was super supportive, provided great perspective and in depth area and market knowledge. No question was too silly (and trust me - I'm the queen of silly questions!) and nothing was any trouble. James consistently provided information (proactively) and guidance when it was needed. He connected us with local tradespeople - making our pre-sale preparation stress free in the lead up to the property going on the market. Managing owners expectations is no doubt challenging - but James did this beautifully - balancing tact and optimism. Our results were excellent - and whilst it was an emotional roller-coaster at times James steady recommendations and clear communications helped us to navigate this calmly, and we never felt unsure of what was going on at any given time. I cannot recommend James highly enough. His professionalism, warmth, industry expertise, local area knowledge and integrity is spot-on.
