Working with Andrew was a complete delight. From our first meeting he showed considerable knowledge of the market in general, and strong knowledge of our specific market. He was warm, gracious and unflappable. As the campaign progressed he was organised, prompt in responses, spot on in deciding the details of the marketing campaign and generous with his time. His manner was warm and trusting and he reassured both buyers and vendors and answered queries with openness and honesty. We chose Belle and Andrew because of his experience in the area and his considerable success rate. He achieved both these aspects with ease and care for our property sale. He was a pleasure to work with and dealt with us and our property with warmth and clarity and achieved exactly what we were after. He delivered a great result for us as vendors, and it would appear did so for the buyer too.

Highly experienced and knowledgeable agent in Hornsby
We would like to thank James and his team in assisting with the sale of our much-loved family home. His honest and transparent demeanor was immediately apparent when we first met him. We interviewed multiple agents from the local area and only James has given us the confidence of achieving our target price during the pandemic. He had a clear and defined strategy for our property unlike the cookie-cutter approach often used by other agents. The marketing campaign has also been top notch. The property stylist and professional photographer were instrumental in presenting our home in the best possible light. The result was the sale of our property in less time than a typical auction would have taken. James has responded to our all questions promptly, whatever they may be. Professional, worked hard for the sale
James knew it would be a tougher sell, selling during the pandemic, but one week until the first offer, two weeks until sold. In that time multiple visits by different groups, and a great back and forth with James re vendor questions, feedback etc. Thanks James.

Consistent interest in selling the land without applying any pressure on us.

Sale of home.
I recently sold my late mother's home with James Campbell from Soames Hornsby. We found him a friendly, calm and confident agent. He kept us up-to-date with the process and progress of the sale. Only took 2 weeks!
This is the second time we have used James to sell one of our properties, and yet again he didn’t disappoint with the sale of our property happening in only 2 weeks! His approach to go through his database with our property for a quick sale instead of going public first, proved he has the knowledge and experience. Sale of 2 bedroom Hornsby unit in early 2020
I contacted James late in 2019, and he made sure everything was in place and ready to market early in the New Year window of opportunity. He gave his opinion on the best timing to market, and gave a realistic estimate of what I could expect, including current market conditions and risks. Very professional and hard working agent
Right from the start, I knew that selling my parents house wasn’t going to be easy. There were several factors working against it being a straight forward sale. Despite the difficulties, James worked with me from day 1 and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. He kept me informed constantly, even when I was overseas during the open home period. James managed to help me achieve a good result for the sale of the house and I am grateful to him and his team for all their hard work.

The house sold in 3 days for more that we expected
We interviewed a number of agents when it came to sell our parents home in Hornsby. James had a strategy to undertake a 3 week campaign before formally taking it to market, being confident of the clients on the Soames database who were looking for properties like ours in the area. It was this point of difference, together with James' significant and evident knowledge of other similar properties in the area, that caused us to sign up with James and Soames, and it was very much the right decision. This approach relied on James having the confidence of the strength and depth of the Soames database to source a buyer (of which he was quietly confident), but also meant that we would not have to incur marketing costs of around $4k if James' approach was successful. And successful it was. Having signed up with James on the Monday, the house was sold by the Friday. We were stunned (in a good way), noting that other agents we had seen may still have been designing websites and marketing campaigns in the time that it took James to sell. Along this (very quick as it turned out) journey, James kept us fully informed and it was very clear that he was working with us to achieve the best result. A great result for our parents!
