We had a great experience with Andrew Searle and Jordan Penny of Belle Property Hornsby. Both were very informative about the location and property itself. It's always tough dealing with agents when you are a buyer as they of course are representing the seller and that is their top priority. However, we did not feel this pressure during our experience. They listened and were patient with us and worked with us to secure the property along with ensuring their seller was happy from what we could tell. Andrew specifically was a great communicator and kept us in the loop the whole time. I could not believe how nice he was as well from day one, it was a refreshing change to deal with someone so chilled in this business.

They were very pleasant to deal and and, while eager to point to the property's highlights, not pushy or hurried at all. Daniel explained the whole selling process from go to whoa concisely and clearly. From signing up, how the campaign would be run, expenses, commission, auction day etc., everything was explained with good humour and patience. His confidence in his abilities and knowledge of the market reassured me that in these uncertain economic and Covid times that I would get the desired result. The help, reassurance and patience from Ann-Maree cannot be underestimated. Whenever I had a question or request, nothing was too much trouble for her to answer and/or sort out.
