Neil was friendly, helpful and professional at all stages from the initial discussion through to getting the sales contract signed. He has good knowledge of waterfront properties in the Marks Point area. It took about 1 month from the first home inspection to putting up the SOLD sign. We were very satisfied with the price. Neil kept us well informed on progress with prospective buyers. The negotiations with the purchaser were concluded in less than a week from inspection to contract signing.
