I met Neil Fry a while ago during couple of open houses and found his dealing very honest and transparent. So when we decided to sell our property at Caves Beach in last year, I contacted Neil Fry well in advance. Neil provided us very genuine property assessment compared to other agents in the area. He satisfactorily answered our question such as, why other agents are promising a higher sale price, why his properties are longer in market etc. Once we signed the contract, he helped us enhance the property with painting, new carpet, staging and campaign. His targeted marketing strategies and negotiation skills made it easy for us to sell our property in the first open house. Matthew Zuccon performed his duties as a capable, caring and considerate mediator between myself, the potential buyers and the tenants residing in the properties. This wasn't an easy task because 2 properties were being sold together. All parties were kept well informed about the sale process. Matthew spent a deal of time contacting possible buyers as well as coordinating open houses with myself and the tenants in the properties. I received significant feedback regarding interest in the properties and could make a calculated decision regarding my position, and price point to be achieved, as the Vendor.
