David stands out as a trustworthy agent who is focused on getting the best outcome for his clients.

David was by far the best real estate agent that I have dealt with, and I have been through a buying experience before in 2020 buying my first apartment. Have also met with a lot of agents across the lower north shore over the last 12-18 months and David and his team are the clear stand out in my experience. He has been extremely trust worth through the process, and genuinely cares about quality service and being reliable. He has actively been trying to get a fair outcome for both the myself and the seller, and we managed to get a price that everyone was happy with. He has an excellent communication style and is always responsive to calls, emails and texts. David has also sold a property to a great friend of mine which I did not know until after my own purchase through David, so it was great to find out in hindsight that my friend also had great things to say about David. In an industry where trust is hard to find, both myself and partner were very impressed by David and his team's integrity. Would 100% recommend using him to other potential sellers, and for buyers out there looking in the North Shore - he knows the area very well and will get you a great outcome.

Highly Recommend Gavin
