After many years speaking with Harrison, I decided it was time to sell. I hadn’t spent much time there in ages. He exceeded all of my expectations, going out of his way to make the selling process as stress free as possible. In a difficult market, he (and the team) reached out to so many potential buyers, updated me on everything, added extra open for inspections outside of hours, cleaned my windows in his spare time, removed leaves off a shared driveway prior to inspection, arranged professional cleaning and painting, personally printed and dropped flyers off in the local area, arranged styling, even offered to help me move boxes on his day off if need be!
