Christian was a delight to work with - always courteous, optimistic and reassuring, while also realistic and honest in his management of expectations. He has great people-skills, is knowledgeable about the market, and his sense of timing has been extremely accurate.

From the first instance Christian Percureo was friendly and laughed WITH us. We chose him over two other agents. The sale of our parents home after 72 yrs and it was an emotional, difficult journey for us. He was helpful, calming and understanding throughout and we were extremely happy with the final result.

We had a very positive experience selling our home with Helen Wilson as our agent. Helen is very dedicated and worked hard to secure the best outcome for us as her clients. Helen understands the local area very well and the needs of different buyers. She was great at keeping us updated and communicated very well throughout the campaign. We would certainly recommend Helen to other vendors.

Megan is an experienced agent in the Mosman market. She built rapport with us by investing in our relationship before we were ready to go to market and of course that trust put us in a good place during our campaign. Her advice throughout was impeccable and we frankly just really enjoyed working with her. Highly recommended.
