The sales agent was outstanding. I know Helen was working for the vendor but I feel my part in the process was well represented. Nothing was too much trouble and as a result I believe both parties have ended up with an excellent outcome. Happy days.

Tom was fantastic to work with. His communication was regular, concise and useful. We spoke often briefly so I was never concerned re: what was going on. Tom was honest and transparent the whole way through and ultimately he achieved a great result for me considering the current market conditions. I highly recommend working with Tom and the Belle team - I would definitely do so again if the opportunity arose.

Helen and Christian were very helpful from the first to the last day of sale. On the first open house inspection they prepared and emailed contract and kept me informed on progress of my offer and organise a exchange of contracts within a day . Excellent job.Highly recommend them . They are honest and don’t muck about the price.
