Dolan was amazing to work with and is very good at his sales and knowledge about getting a property ready for market. He walked me through the process, also making sure our tenants were well informed and looked after throughout the process. Dolan was very quick and attentive in keeping me well informed after open houses and when we had offers, he was professional and did his due diligence on all matters so that we had a sale on our property from beginning to a sold within app a 10-day window.
