Working with Anthony Calacoci is a delight. He is the complete agent. One of the greatest testaments to how happy you are with an agent has to be deciding to entrust your next sale with them and that is exactly what I did with Luke. After he sold a property for me in March this year and did an outstanding job, I then gave him another property to sell in August. The reason I didn't even consider another agent is that I knew I could trust and and rely on Luke to deliver exactly what he said he would deliver. When you have that trust, so much of the stress and anxiety of selling your property totally dissipates. I could not have been more impressed with your sales team of Luke Burgess, Sam Griffith and Libby Crampton. Luke, as the leader of the team, instilled confidence with everything he said and did. Situations often arose that we had not encountered before but were able to be reassured by Luke that he had encountered them before and without problem. We had to make a particularly difficult decision just before 5 p.m. on the day before the auction when an offer was made by the ultimate purchaser. We knew what Luke's feeling about it was but there was no hint of pushing us into any particular position. It was a perfect balance between knowing his feeling about the matter and also knowing that it was our decision entirely given that certain risk factors were involved. Luke does everything in such a relaxed and understated way. He has particular gifts for the work that he does
