i was very happy with Simon's performance in selling my unit in Parkdale. There was a meagre amount of interest due to first home buyers not being active in the marketplace so we cancelled the Auction. But Simon negotiated with the purchaser and the got the price up to where I was satisfied. Regards Susan

From the very first meeting, Simon was well prepared. His intimate knowledge of the area meant we knew exactly what would be possible, allowing for a realistic expectation on selling price. Simon was in constant communication during the marketing campaign, and would provide an update after every open-for-inspection. His feedback was always honest and sincere. He was happy to discuss the pros and cons of any situation, but would never push us into any decision we were not comfortable with, which was a refreshing change from dealings with other agents.
