We have had a good experience moving into our new rental property. Jodie has been amazing with helping us get our bearings in our new place. There were a number of things that needed to be done to make our move in satisfactory and we were able to work most of them out with Jodie via phone and email as the house was not left in a clean state outside. She did everything that was necessary to create a better start for us. We thank her so very much for that. We also thank Gayle for being so pleasant and helpful when applying for the house initially, she was wonderful. One thing that I found a little disappointing was not having any face to face communication with Stone Real Estate when moving in, everything was via email and a key was left out for us to move in. Just for future reference it is still very important to be able to have a real estate agency that you have a personal relationship with so you can feel that you can rely on them when needed. I have never rented without knowing an agent and when you do so it makes a tenant feel more comfortable with their new place, understand how everything work within the house and overall build an understanding between each other. I appreciate that technology is the way of the future and Covid did put us into a place of disconnection but we are no longer in that situation anymore and it would great to reconnect. Overall we are very happy with our last few weeks since moving in. Thank you.
