Bill and Sarah were great to deal with. They sold our house hassle free and within a week. They attracted a lot of buyers and worked hard to show dozens of potential buyers through our house to ensure the right buyer found our house in an exceptional time frame. They have a wide reach of buyers and charged a good price for their service. They are both very experienced and made the whole experience hassle free. Bill is a straight shooter who doesn’t talk crap to you and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Sarah is also easy to deal with and extremely friendly and a great communicator. We'd had difficulty selling our house with another agent. I contacted Brett on a friend's recommendation, despite being under lockdown for coronavirus. With a 'can do' attitude, Zoom conferencing, and Sarah's efficiency, we'd sold within two months of that first call for a good price. Social distancing restrictions demanded Brett to sell the house without having been in it, which did not seem to faze him- a remarkable achievement. Interactions with the team were clear, prompt and professional. I have no hesitation recommending Brett for any sales challenge.
