Brett and his team at Belle Property were very professional from the outset. We had a difficult decision to make — auction vs EOI Brett used his extensive knowledge of the local market and providers and selling procedure to steer us in the right direction. The property configuration / permit etc was unusual but Brett successfully navigated this for a good outcome to all.
