I am not in the habit of leaving poor reviews and have only done this because I kept getting emails prompting me to do so. Turned up to a house inspection without the keys. Does not respond to phone calls, emails or voice mails. I have a string of unanswered communications and have now given up, which I suspect was the desired outcome. Sent me a welcome note a week before we moved in, texted me the inspection report was due a week before I received it, then texted me the incorrect date the rent was due. At each of these errors I left a voicemail advising they had the wrong dates - needless to say not only were these messages not responded to they were obviously not actioned either.

Whilst we haven't had much contact with the agent personally, the whole process from inspecting, applying and then being approved and signing our lease was absolutely simple. It has by far been the easiest and most stress free leasing process ever and we have been renting for many years through different agencies. Let's hope the rest of our time renting with Stone is just as easy. Thankyou so so much!
