Recently I changed from another agency because most activities took a long time and I had to remind them to follow up. After I changed to Stone Real Estate I had a f2f interview with Shae my new property manager and got already a very good impression. All issues got fixed in a fast timely manner and also I recognized that Stone Real Estate has a much better database in regards to tradesman. My current tenants moved out and Shae did the inspection and came up with very good suggestions followed with very competitive quotes. She also managed the different trades prior to the new tenants are moving in. Finding new tenants took her one week only. I am really satisfied and I believe that's Shae's success.
