Bill, Sarah and Adam restored some of my faith in real estate agents during the recent sale of our Mt Eliza home. Having followed up with us after a failed attempt to sell through another agent, the Belle team turned around a disastrous first attempt with a more market aligned second attempt. We had more people inspect the house in the first two weeks than we did in the previous 12 weeks. Sarah and Bill opened the house with so much positive energy it really made a difference and they were fantastic at keeping us informed with progress and also following up on any queries promptly.
