We spoke with Bill from Hall and Hall and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing plenty of info regarding Mt Eliza. We were concerned that our home, being a little small would be a little difficult to sell. Bill made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Real Estate agents don’t, but should. I thought selling a home would be challenging, but working with Bill and his team made it as painless and straight forward as possible. I have sold a few properties but I have never experienced a agent as pleasant as Bill Joycey . He has proved himself to be proactive at the same time keeping me informed ever step of the way .I have followed his suggestions ( removal of some trees to enhance the view and even meeting with the gardener and explaining what had to done and also checking the job ) which have improved the price negotiated . He is always available to answer any questions and his very pleasant ,congenial ,helpful and professional manner ( without being pushy) has been much appreciated.
