The relationship with Mark began after a cold call, during which Mark arranged to show us the property (that we ended up buying) outside of the scheduled open house inspections. We felt that Mark was approachable, enthusiastic and straight. On that basis, a good level of trust developed. We are perhaps a little different to many buyers, but Mark worked with us as much as possible to make sure that the initial assessment and then purchase of the property was carried out in the best interests of both the seller and buyer. Although Mark is primarily employed by the seller to act for the seller, we found that he remained contactable, honest and pretty open in facilitating the offer/acceptance process to the benefit of both parties. He's continued to be engaged with the process after the sale. I'm happy to recommend his services to both sellers and buyers.
