Belle Property Mount Waverley

Following a successful career as a professional basketball player, Mark Watkins found a natural fit for his competitive spirit in real estate. Mark was attracted to hockingstuart by its strong network of companies and clever marketing, including the renowned Red Book. But the allure of real estate has always been about people. “I like making people happy and looking after their biggest asset,” he says simply. “Relationships are important to me.” Married with three children, Mark rates enjoying family life and personal development as highly as pursuing his passion for sport and his career goals. And if work-life balance is the key, he's found an ideal setting in Mount Waverley. “This place is full of wonderful people and it's a true family area,” says Mark. “So many different types of real estate are on offer here, and of course the parklands like Scotchman's Creek Reserve are awesome.”

As Director of hockingstuart, Mount Waverley, Stuart Svec has earned himself a glowing reputation for being a hardworker, a clear-thinker and a genuine nice guy. With twelve years experience in the field and forty years experience of the neighbourhood, Stu is a true expert of the local property market and of life in the community. Having moved to Monash when he was just one year old, Stu grew up and went to school here and played sports for various local teams. Now married, he is raising two children of his own in the area. Passionate about property and proud to be a member of such a reputable brand, Stu's goal is to build a team that is recognised as hockingstuart's finest. His knowledge, experience, integrity and loyalty to his clients, as well as the resource tools and inter-branch networking available to him, already afford him a clear advantage.
