They say that a mortgage is one of the most important decisions that you will make in your life. When we decided to enter into this investment we did so after doing quite a bit of homework. We first met Helen when we were interested in another property. We were not successful on this property, however Helen had listened to what we wanted, she knew out budget and was very aware of the market.
